All guardians are keys workers or working professionals and are stringently vetted by us. We will not consider people unless we see a passport, proof of employment and income, proof of current address and references from both place of work and previous landlords. We interview each candidate at our offices and ensure that they will be responsible and suitable for your premises.
We look at placing the correct group of people in any one building for optimum effect, for instance making sure that shift patterns vary so there are people coming and going at different times. Guardians are not allowed to have pets or children on the premises and are not allowed to smoke in the buildings. All guardians are given a full set of rules and responsibilities prior to moving in. We will always make sure that you have an appropriate number of guardians on your premises and balance the need for security with the expenses of occupancy.
