The Ad Hoc security scheme is designed to save you money while maximising the security of your property. By using Ad Hoc you could save as much as 50% against boarding up and 80% against static security guard services.
Our Live-in Guardian scheme is about the prevention of threats and risks to your building. These include vandalism, arson, squatting, fixtures and fittings theft, burst pipes and general dilapidation all of which can occur between the sale, demolition, or re-letting of your property.
Unlike most security options, Ad Hoc does not have lengthy notice periods. If you want Ad Hoc Guardians in just give 24 hours notice. If you want Ad Hoc out give a minimum of just 16 days and we will hand your property back, often in even better condition.
From as little as £30 per week Ad Hoc will manage any office, flat, house, care home, council estate, pub, church, castle or school and many more for those difficult interim periods of vacancy.
